2. Then, he will email you an initial list of all properties matching your criteria.  Full descriptions of the homes will be provided, including interior pictures!
3. Now, AutoSearch takes over.  You will be notified by email as soon as a listing appears that meets your criteria, as well as any price reductions on listings you are interested in! 

You will know about new listings and price reductions as early as real estate agents do!
