Evan has earned graduate degrees in both computer science and music, and he's a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Real Estate. Prior to his real estate career, he worked over 18 years as a software engineer and consultant in the field of information technology.
A Life Member of the Million Dollar Club, he has listing and sales experience not only inside the city, but outside the perimeter as well – single family, condominium,and investment properties.
Evan holds the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation, which is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
Evan grew up just outside of Atlanta and has enjoyed living in the city since the early 1990s. He has lived in the neighborhoods of Dunwoody, LaVista Park, Midtown, Morningside/Virginia Highland, Sandy Springs, and Toco Hill. Evan has held positions on neighborhood associations and architectural review committees, and he's currently the treasurer of his home owners association.
Evan came to Atlanta Intown Real Estate Services from the Intown Office of the largest residential real estate brokerage in Atlanta. During his time there he received recognition as Service Agent of the Month, and in his first year he was Top Rookie. At Atlanta Intown, Evan has been named Agent of the Month.
